Integrity:  At the core of all effective transactions, this is a guiding element to how I interact in business and personal relationships.  Without this, there is no real reward to interaction.

Customer Satisfaction:  An industry leader, this must be a mindset, not an initiative.  To foster positive relationships amoung all parties involved in the transaction.

Fact Based-Data Driven Actions:  Marketing with this premise allows for respect to be earned and for fear ro dissipate.  When one focuses on the data and process rather than the results directly, the results will come.  When dealing in fact, the facts cannot be disputed.
